The Cleaning Risk Assessment Dashboard shows visualization and prioritization of cleaning risk assessment in shared pharmaceutical facilities. The dashboard incorporate the HBEL (ADE/PDE) Derived Toxicity Scale, the Process Capability (Cpu) Derived Scale, the Swab Limit Derived Detectability (TOC) Scale and the Visual Residue Limit (VRL) Derived Detectability Scale. Together, these scales provide a science-based, quantitative method for risk assessment, identifying high-risk compounds and guiding decisions about cleaning process adequacy, facility readiness for new products, and regulatory compliance. The tool allow user to generate the report incorporating visuals of all scales together which can then be added to the cleaning risk assessment report.
